That's correct. I went to a showroom yesterday and they said it's not on the app. I was especially worried because I didn't get the $1000 email that many did either.

You have to go to the tesla website using a browser not the app (google tesla). On the browser you register with your email address and it shows all the tesla vehicles and other items for sale. It should have your payment information as well and your address and it will show any reservations.
