That was just in the interim while Tesla got the regulatory approval for the new horn. They had no choice but to sell with traditional horn hardware in the beginning. Since approval, they deleted the standard horn/hardware and all trucks since then have sold only with the new sound. Theyre not even capable of making the traditional sound. I suppose they could create a software version of the old sound and use the speaker play it.

Those issues are problematic. And Tesla service = come into get one thing fixed, leave with an additional problem to get resolved. Tesla service is the worst.
