I’m sorry, let me clarify…I didn’t have to call customer service because mine was an “automatic store credit” that I received like 5 minutes after accepting delivery. I am merely suggesting that you try…but now I am seeing that you have tried that already. As a last resort, maybe try going to the delivery center that you picked up from & plead your case from that angle???Which customer service do you call? I have called multiple and keep getting routed to others. They finally told me to email powersharesupportna and I have sent them multiple emails over the last month and received nothing back
