After arriving home from a day of driving and supercharging the screen on my FS AWD showed 4mi/kWh for the last short trip from the supercharger to home. I remember driving slow/easy, I may have been using FSD. Any tips how to make this efficiency happen more?

Tailwinds matter greatly, as well as headwinds. As well as other variables. The fact is this data is technically insignificant if you had 10k miles showing this kind of data that would be one thing but there is so many variables in a one mile drive that go beyond "driver input" its hard to say.

So you were going under 15mph - that is the ticket. Keep it under that speed and you’ll achieve this every time 👍

Also, it's rounding the number of miles for the display.

-Crissa
Sadly I agree, most likely rounded the distance up and it may also round the energy, in this case down, so the actual is probably closer to 3.6 mi using 1.4 kWh. I wish the display could show decimals (2 places would be nice) at least as an optional setting.

Aye, very much rounding. Dividing Total Energy by Distance is a very coarse measure, until you get to big numbers. Looking at your 327 Wh/mi in Avg Energy is a far more accurate representation. That's still a good number.

In addition to the other factors mentioned, you had a very hot pack after finishing up a Supercharging session. You wouldn't want to maintain those kind of temps all the time because they greatly accelerate cell degradation. But, yeah, ions move much more easily when the pack is that hot.

Coming back from Florida, I noticed that every other charge it seemed to alternate between way under 500wpm to way over 500wpm. Like 450 and pushing 600. Save direction, same day up I-95. Hmmmmm

Ok, help!
When someone asks me what is average cost per mile in electricity used and we pay .15 per kw
How to I figure that out from vehicle numbers? Home costs here were just raised to .15 per kw and super charging average here is .36
thanks

BTW, for those in colder climates wondering about efficiency I just posted a short video with a 92 mile round-trip test in my CT AWD:

I like to compare the efficiency that I'm getting based on my local gas prices. I created a little script to show me. Check it out here (I might move it to a different location or make it into a simple phone app). http://nagios.precisionpros.com/ev.html

We were seeing around 3.2 miles per kWH last June (aka excellent weather) when driving around locally and non-urgently at 40 mph to 50 mph. (This implies over 380 miles of total range, which is quite all right by me.) The 4 in the snapshot is probably due to favorable rounding on both numbers, as mentioned by others...
