I am waiting for side collision testing on these Model Y's to see whether the structural battery pack even compresses. I have a feeling the test equipment will simply push the entire car without making more than a superficial dent in the door panel. A previous video form Munro showed how solid the foam is. I'd like to see someone do a compression test of the foam to see how rigid it is.
