Keep in mind, Elon always warns that production ramps like this have a long ramp, the initial part is very slow and often goes in fits and starts.
the good thing this time around is that there are so many human interactive parts removed that the refinement process should move much, much quicker!

I'm not so confident of that. New processes can ramp slower than well-understood processes. The more changes in production, the slower the ramp.

An example of this is the Model Y ramped very quickly, because it used most of the same processes and parts as the existing Model 3. Very little had changed.

It also depends upon the supply chain. Elon is fond of reminding us that a product with 10,000 parts will ramp as slowly as the slowest part. Manufacturing is hard.
