I'd like to see a better cord management solution then through a window jam.

I dunno… the aero taking a hit
Probably a regular adveturer/wanderer/motorist doesn't need a lightbar enough to justify the weight/cost/aero hit. But that's not to say it wouldn't help police departments adopt Cybertruck to patrol duty more readily, and at a lower cost, than paying a third-party to equip it with a required red/blue/white rooftop lighting system that would probably be far less optimal.

With out a power outlet up there you would have to run wires like in the pics. Not a good solution

If a vehicle is over a certain width (80"?) there is a federal requirement to have roof lights running lights. Your typical Ford Superduty is outfitted with these from the factory.
Tesla Cybertruck Lightbar accessory spotted on Cybertruck! 💡 1696851502385

Why couldn't Tesla add a factory fitted LED lightbar to the CT? Make it in integral, so as to have minimal aerodynamic penalty. A LED lightbar could be programmed for many different modes such as amber running lights, safety truck flashing lights, law enforcement lights or even offroad flood lights? That seems logical.
