I am looking forward to the Cybertruck as it suits my needs very well. I have enjoyed all the renders I`ve seen with different colour options. Do you think road salt/Chemicals will be an issue?

It should not effect the stainless steel. It will effect the suspension and brakes.

In practical terms you can't prevent some eventual rusting even if you paint, then oil, underside metal. But you could have it undercoated, mainly to somewhat protect the exposed rust-prone components. Stainless (and less so aluminum) are also oxidized by salt but minimally. Maybe an option will be factory rust protection.
