Just special thanks to all the dumbasses that had to keep jamming stuff in their frunk and posting videos frunk cutting carrots off. I love having to stand next to it and make sure it closes every time because it's too sensitive and doesn't close half the time. Thanks so much!

Nope, but ever since the spring update off and on it will close then open back up. It's clearly a sensitivity issue.

Sucks even more if not most are not having the issue, so mine will probably stay useless.

After the update it is supposedly a "learning algorithm", but from my observations if it doesn't close the first time, it tries harder, then harder again, etc... But after closing resets to the softest close. In your case maybe there is a small adjustment that can be done with service to make that softest close work for you. That does suck. I did mess with mine a little. It doesn’t take much for mine to also stop closing. Hope you can get it tweaked well.

Yep me too, just miss the good old days when you can actually just walk away and it would close like it's supposed to.
