I went to buy a lot of accessories on Christmas for my new CT, I expend over $3k between Tessudios and Cybergear stores, the problem is they collect the money from my credit card, but they do not provide with any tracking number. I been sending emails and not one respond. Is this a scam? Someone has the same problem. It been 3 weeks since the purchase. What do you think that I should do?

The order number TES24002712 was returned to the sender according to your tracking system, so I don't know why and what happened with that order now.

I have more orders on the way, and I need to know what the status of those orders is as well.

I sent this email in December and in January, still no response.

I am also not receiving my Tesstudio order or answers to my emails. Nobody answers the phone. Iā€™m calling my credit card company tomorrow to file a claim.

This type of customer service should result in removal of ā€œsite sponsorā€ credentials. We deserve better.

Be patient, they respond late. Apparently is a company overseas and the delivery takes longer than the usual.

They had the ability to take my credit card info and charge me pretty quick. I guess when youā€™re taking peoples money without product to ship itā€™s a full time job to respond to all the emails and phone calls from people wondering whatā€™s going on.

Been here before and if you donā€™t act right away when this turns in this direction you lose. Better to let Chase handle it.

Tesstudio should NOT be a site sponsor here.

True. Iā€™m been dealing this issue since December. Now I having another problem with them because I order two items in the same purchase and they deliver only one item Now Iā€™m been reclaiming and I have silent from them again.

Bet they didnā€™t make an error in CHARGING you for twoā€¦.and that charge probably went in MINUTES after ordering.

Nothing wrong with doing business with a company like this, but itā€™s better to go through an intermediary like Amazon when ordering from them. Actually, if you want to know what Tesstudio has in stock right now at this very minute, just take a look at what they have posted up on Amazon. If itā€™s not up on Amazon guaranteed they do not currently have it.

I thought I was safe with a sponsor here, my mistake. AMAZING that your advice is to be patient considering your dealings with them.

Appreciate that but itā€™s not an ā€œout of stockā€ issue I am dealing with here. Problem is your companies lack of communication.
