Advice needed on rim sticker size please.

So I ordered a blue set of these stickers for my truck on eBay

The set I ordered is blue and while I really like how they appear in the picture location wise, the quality of what was sent can only be described as shitty.
Was looking for alternatives and found this reflective set on Amazon I’d like to try.

I want the stickers to go on the inner circles like the eBay version. I like how the spokes transect the colored rings in the eBay version rather than the usual rim protector look and I also think the reflective thing at night will make them a little more interesting. They are also less likely to get trashed off-road on the inner lip.
Would you order them in 20” or 19”?

20” seems like the logical answer, really want to put it on the inner lip though.
I could order both and return one but trying not to be wasteful.
