You don’t need an invite to order FS any more. You can just go to Tesla.com to place an order. It’s been like that most of September already.

Has anyone received a foundation invite recently? If so what's the RN#?

Yes, I just ordered a 79,995 model, with RN113055,, But I check my newest order, RN120, that offer the FDS for sale 99,000. So yes you can still jump line for a extra 10K
