Bingo! I'll just park myself anyway, Tesla Vision is garbage until they can prove otherwise. I only used auto park to show someone, I rarely ever pressed it intentionally otherwise. Give us FSD and let's move on already!
the false truck is annoying! I received the parking release.. cameras had to calibrate again, that’s fixed but now I get park assist is degraded, left pillar is blocked or needs cleaning.. its clear as night and the camera works. This release also seems buggy with auto headlights and turning on sentry when at home even though the setting is good.. had to reset that a few times.. bug central …
yeah that kind of freaks me out since it is not there then it shows up like i am about to die in a fiery truck/cybertruck crash. that would be bad.
I 'kind of agree' with some of this. I do not trust auto park enough to use it a lot, but I have to say that it has gotten better and faster, and is getting easier to invoke. Like everything with FSD it is a "moving target" (pun intended). I also agree that Tesla should release FSD for Cybertruck but with the proviso "as soon as it is performant/safe enough to do so".
When I did use it, it did fine but yeah it was slow as hell so that is mainly why I never used it. It always did a great job don't get me wrong. It parks perfect but if I have a line of cars coming into a garage, hell nah! I got this. haha!
im one of them. It's going to be interesting on how the self park and whenever self drive comes out how it will perform. It's' way off so far. I can see it self park in a parking lot with 4 feet to go. That's when it says to STOP.
