We regret to inform you that our safes were not shipped on time because Amazon had lost our shipment. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Amazon is currently processing refunds for the pre-sale orders. and we are making more of them immediately now. For orders from EVVIDA, we will be shipping them from our overseas warehouse.
