A bit of a joke - I know the service centers do great jobs often. It's just we tend to only hear the negative stories. So I wanted to post my great experience this morning I had with the service center on Hampton Ave. in Mesa, AZ. When I took delivery. I noticed a *deep* scratch where it looked like a rigging chain beat against it. Didn't just catch your fingernail, it would abrade your skin if you rubbed it. Made an appointment before leaving the Tesla site on my delivery day. I have been stressed about it ever since. Fearing they would do a terrible job, have to order a replacement panel and I would be driving a scratched up CT for months until the panel came in. Happy to say they worked miracles IMO. I really didn't think it would be possible to polish this one out. It was deep. Took them about an hour and now you can't find it even knowing where to look. Matched the finish perfectly too!
