Im not OP, but I know 3M makes a few colors of "brushed metal" vinyl wraps. They have a texture you can feel under your fingers, its pretty nice.

Love it-especially the center portion of the head light. However, I live in Seattle where we have roughly 7 months of strictly dusk/dark driving conditions and would be hesitant to do the same. SoCal probably fine, but how has your night driving been affected with 2/3 of the light covered?

The covered light is just the day time running light. The headlight is below and not covered. Should have no impact to night time driving.

OP, covering the middle section of the DRL is definitely a different look. Cool idea.

Yeah, I have it narrowed down to 25 options myself! lol

Actually, i'm down to between 2-3 wraps. Its the being away from the truck for 4-5 days that is sucking!
