Cellphone in home keeps connecting to CT while making a call in my home

When I try to make a call or answer a call while inside of my home and my CT is parked in the garage, it keeps connecting automatically to the CT. It is really frustrating because I don’t realize it has done this and I think the call has been disconnected. How do I stop this without disconnecting my phone from my CT? Can the CT be turned off while in the garage?

You phone is connected to the CT via Bluetooth and the CT is awake and not sleeping. Make sure all of the doors are closed and the CT goes to sleep.

Make sure Camp Mode is not enabled also. Some people do this to keep interior cool in ultra-hot climates, i.e. Me. My garage will easily top 100F by 2pm. Working on an exhaust fan option, or a heat-pump instead of an electric-coil hot water heater.

I have a heat-pump water heater in my garage here in Phoenix. It’s virtually free to run.
