Change to White interior today (in Maryland), VIN in 5mins and delivery on friday

It was an interesting experience and a scramble to get everything in order. After seeing a few pictures, I didn't like the tactical grey interior, so I switched to white. I got a call in 10 minutes to pick it up on Friday. I live in Baltimore.

In the app / web.. it let me change order and i went to pick difference color interior.

I hope your experience was better than mine. In 3 weeks I had been on hold for 32 hours, total, without ever getting a rep. I responded to their original text, no responses, after numerous texts describing the issue. I called service center and asked for a manger to see if they could suggest/do something, i was asked to "wait one second" placed on hold for 78 mins, and i hung up. I was told to go to the Fremont Plant showroom, so i did, they said I need to go to Dublin (delivery location), never did. I also emailed them, no response.

Finally, I excepted defeat, figured I would have to stick with the AST/Grey interior. I decided to wave the white flag in a final text message... wouldn't you know, THAT is what they responded to.

I was so paranoid my order would somehow be cancelled in not speaking to them directly. What I think is a clear and concise text, someone may misinterpret however... I did not wanna take that chance lol. Anyways, got it back to original but no VIN yet.

You should be able to go online click manage order. Then you get window in the attachment. Then click edit design.
