The current charging stations are set up for car charging. This could be problematic for the cyber truck that is in tow. Has anyone seen a way to charge the cyber truck while it has a load?

Yes. Take it to Lebanon, NH

You can either park across the lines behind the terminals (side towards camera) or pull in frontways to the terminal not visible to the right of the car in the picture which is oriented orthogonal to the visible ones.

I hope they fix the possible issue. You would have to unhook or hope nobody is on the back side. With a 20’ trailer that could be bad.

This particular station is unusual in that there is access to the back sides of the terminals, the parking lot is big, open and empty so that if you pulled into the sideways terminal with the trailer hanging out you wouldn't block access to the other terminals and, as frosting on the cake, this shopping center has a Walmart that allows overnight trailer parking in its lot. I know of no other SC like this one. In most places I'm afraid you guys are going to have to decouple to charge or charge at Level 2 via long (and fat) extension cords.

Your salvation may be on the horizon. There is a company, https://www.evseadapters.com/products/tesla-extension-cord/, making extension cords for Tesla charging. At the moment their cables are limited to 50A and thus Level 2 but on their site they promise to supply a SC version eventually. This is going to be tricky and expensive because the V3's require liquid cooling.

The cord could be good. But could you imagine pulling into a lot with a trailer sticking into the road.

Won’t Tesla semis be in a similar boat? Maybe places where semis can charge will be available to CTs with trailers.
That might work as long as they have the same charging port. Also how long until the semi is rolling off the line. It looks like at first it’s a disconnect and reconnect on the trailer. But they will decently have to have something for semi’s.

This is the SC station at Avaition Mall in Queensbury, NY. It has 1 pull-thru stall.

Oddly, I often see a car charging in the pull-thru spot, even when it is not towing and there are plenty of other open spots. I guess it's like the handicapped stalls in public bathrooms that are frequented by the non-disabled.

The Tesla Semi uses a "megacharger" and has a very different charge port. They currently have a converter to allow for SC charging, though.

This is like the station in Lebanon both in that it has the orthogonal terminal and that one can access the stalls from the rear either of which would make trailer charging feasible though in one case you'd have the trailer hanging out into the traffic lane or in the other covering several parking spots behind the terminals. Neither, I would think, ideal for charging with a trailer in tow.

Now if I come to a station with an or multiple orthogonal terminals I'll always take one even if all the other stalls are empty. Why? I'ts easier to pull in sloppily and back out sloppily than to back in precisely. And the more pertinent question: why not? I generally don't leave the car while it is charging and if anyone came along who needed that terminal (someone with a trailer) I would certainly yield it to him tout suite.
