Hello!
I installed a light bar to the back of my CT, connected to the standard 4 pin trailer wiring harness. Fairly easy install, and added a 4pin splitter so can still attach to a normal trailer. My question is I would like to attach the reverse light wire to the existing reverse light wire on my CT… has anybody done that? Will it not work because of the 48V architecture (the light bar I purchased is not CT specific, just works with any trailer plug outlet). It seems like I could tap one of the wires going to one of the reverse lights daily enough, just wasn’t sure if it would be bad?
thanks!
