I think it’s pretty clear that “Gary” isn’t in the U.S. based on language skills and address.

If you're new to my posts about CYBERBRITE here, the first few pages of comments might seem confusing. My initial introduction had some unintentional inaccuracies and unclear wording — thanks to everyone who pointed them out and helped me improve it. Below is a clearer, more concise overview.

My Story

My name is Gary Starnes, and my legal business name is GARY STARNES INTERNATIONAL Ltd. DBA CYBERBRITE (State of Texas, Certificate File #80000446260). I'm 71 years old, semi-retired, and have been self-employed for over 20 years as a craftsman with 40 years of hands-on experience in stainless steel maintenance and restoration in demanding industrial environments.

I use a PO Box for returns and business mail: 101 Austin Blvd. Ste 600 PMB 1070, Red Oak, Texas 75157.

How CYBERBRITE Was Developed

My career has centered on maintaining stainless steel equipment and surfaces. For over 35 years, I've used de-staining and passivation products daily — products that are industry-standard, widely regarded as safe when used as directed, and specifically formulated for stainless steel.

Different manufacturers' formulas vary in performance. Through hands-on testing, research, and formulation adjustments, I developed a unique blend that combines the best-performing elements I've encountered. This formula is tailored specifically for the Tesla Cybertruck's 30XX-series stainless exoskeleton. It has received an accepted provisional patent application(#63/834,620), giving me 12 months from filing to submit a full non-provisional patent application.

My Goal

I'm a small-business owner who found a practical solution to keep my own Cybertruck looking factory-fresh. I created CYBERBRITE to offer fellow owners an effective, easy way to remove oxidation/haze and maintain that signature shine long-term.

I've produced an initial run of 200 bottles and have scalable production plans. I've now sold my first bottles right here on this forum. I welcome and look forward to reviews, good or bad. Customer satisfaction is my top priority — if you're not happy with CYBERBRITE for any reason, text me at 972-948-0435 or email [email protected]. I'll promptly issue a refund.

How It Works

CYBERBRITE is a dual-action formula:

  • It chemically dissolves surface oxidation and environmental contamination (free iron, rail dust, water spots, etc.) that causes dullness, haze, or orange tint.
  • It simultaneously passivates the stainless steel, helping form a protective chromium oxide layer that resists future contamination.

In typical driving conditions, this protection lasts 4–6 months (results vary with exposure to road salt, hard water, industrial fallout, etc.).

Application:

Do not use CYBERBRITE over ceramic coated Cybertrucks
. Remove ceramic coatings on stained or discolored Cybertrucks before applying CYBERBRITE.
  1. Clean and dry the Cybertruck thoroughly (remove loose dirt first).
  2. Wearing the included gloves and eyewear, apply an ample (but not dripping) amount of CYBERBRITE evenly across the entire stainless surface using the provided microfiber towels. First time application requires 2 continuous coats.
  3. Let it dwell for at least 10 minutes (longer is often better for heavier contamination — full instructions included). No buffing or polishing. CYBERBRITE contains no abrasives.
  4. Thoroughly pressure rinse off the solution — preferably with demineralized water if available. A drive-through car wash works well too (my preferred method).
  5. Towel dry as normal.

Each CYBERBRITE kit includes enough solution for 2 full applications, plus microfiber towels, application gloves, and protective eyewear.

Thanks. Updating the website and focusing on getting reviews. New much lower prices. Just need a little time to get website updated. Refunds coming for those who purchased.

This is a great overview. This form was not kind to you at the start. I’m rooting for you and will be ordering when you update pricing.

If I were you, I would update your main post on the front page of this to be more like this post
