I created a topic on this weeks ago and had the same issue with my CT creaking and making noise from the chassis of the truck at acceleration. I set a service appointment but it was 3 weeks out. The truck has since stopped making as much creaking, but still does a little bit.

Wanted to update everyone watching this on a fix the service center did for my truck. I had the creak sound coming from what sounded like the B pillars when accelerating and braking. When I got to the service center we took it for a test drive and the tech confirmed he could hear the creaking. When I got the truck back the next day it was silent. The service note for this was:

Hope that is helpful!
Still no noise? Mine is annoying.

Mine happens when turning sometimes. But definitely happens on initial acceleration from a stop and deceleration. Parking lot speeds.
Did they figure out what it was? Both my doors are doing it.

DIY fix: don’t accelerate slowly. I know piddlers get in the way, just do the best you can.

I have a similar sound on the drivers side. What I have noticed is that if I roll down the window 30% or more...that sound is gone. If I roll it back up, it is there. So I am wondering if the door needs to be adjusted versus just that striker.

No. It’s the striker. The window position is a red herring

It’s the striker.
Someone needs to make a sticky on how to fix all these squeaks. I've fixed half a dozen so far.

I had the same issue with a creaking noise coming from the driver's side B-pillar. A few days ago, it was resolved with the following repair note:
"Adjusted door strikers to eliminate door movement when closed. Verified the door closes as intended and no longer rattles."

Unfortunately, I’m now noticing similar noises from the passenger side and possibly the rear doors. In the meantime, I’ll try some of the suggestions shared here to address the issue until I can take it back in for further repairs.

You were correct. A couple of wraps with black electrical tape did the deed. No more knocking noise at low speed. I have a service ticket to take it in next month to get it fixed.

I had the same issue. A few wraps of tape on the strike side worked. No more noise. Have a SC appointment in 4 days see what the remedy is.

I think I have the same problem. Due to the heat/cold leaving it outside I believe it's the trim piece where the LED light is because it occurs with acceleration/deceleration.
If you pull on the trim close the glass you'll hear that sound. The solution I believe is to remove that trim and add some felt tape around the clips for a more secure fit
