If the Sentry AI detects someone is keying the CT, initially discharge 48V via the side panels, gradually increase to 110V within 2 seconds, and if the sucker keeps keying the truck within the next 10 seconds, increase the voltage to 220V, for a duration of 2 seconds. Won't kill anyone but just give the sucker a shock.

Obviously a joke here, but absolutely hate those suckers.

Anti-Keying Protection System Diagram
Components

  1. Sentry Mode Sensors (Input)
    • Cameras, ultrasonic sensors, vibration detectors.
    • Connected to the Cybertruck’s onboard computer.
  2. Microcontroller
    • Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or custom PCB.
    • Interfaces with Sentry Mode via CAN bus or diagnostic port.
  3. Power Source
    • 48V battery (Cybertruck’s low-voltage system).
  4. Voltage Step-Up System
    • DC-to-DC Boost Converter (48V → 110V → 220V).
    • Capacitor bank for quick discharge.
  5. Relays
    • Solid-state relays to control voltage output.
  6. Electrodes
    • Conductive strips/pads on side panels.
  7. Safety Cutoff
    • Proximity sensor or manual kill switch.

Flow
  1. Detection: Sentry Mode cameras/vibration sensors detect keying. Signal sent via CAN bus.
  2. Processing: Microcontroller interprets the signal and activates the system.
  3. Power Staging:
    • 0 seconds: Relays connect 48V directly to electrodes.
    • 2 seconds: Boost converter ramps to 110V if keying continues.
    • 10 seconds: Boost converter hits 220V for 2 seconds if still detected.
  4. Discharge: Capacitor bank releases stored charge through electrodes.
  5. Safety: Proximity sensor or manual switch cuts power if someone else approaches.

600 db airhorn kit + relay off of the external speaker

Truck makes that little sentry mode sound and instead makes everyone shit their pants lol.

ok... 600 might be a little overkill... maybe 300.

I was wondering also...Can’t a prerecorded message be announced when detection is triggered? Something like “you are being recorded”. or Touching this car will be recorded and sent to local police, or HEY, wtf are you doing?

THAT should almost be doable now for Tesla. When sentry makes a detection, it throws up that (stupid, I think) owl pic on the display screen. In addition to that, allow it to play the wav/mp3 file on the USB stick with a dedicated name, just as the customizable lock sound we now have. My $.02.

I LOVE the electrical shock idea…until one of my kid innocently touches the truck 😬

Love this idea... but many of the Tesla "protesters" are 70 or older. Gotta be careful of those folks keying the car with a pace maker and getting a nice 220V jolt... that could change things pretty quickly for them.... depending on the amps that are given to them.

Are we talking real dB or Amazon dB?

Because pain starts at about 130 dB with death likely above 200 dB. And since it is a logarithmic scale, 400 dB more is more intense by like billions of billions times over. I am fairly sure at that level you are exceeding the sound level of a nuclear explosion at ground zero.

Sorry, I had to, I read your post and immediately thought of it as an xkcd what if experiment lol.

Then it’ll be the last car they key, no one to blame but themselves.
