CTmods support - no response - multiple emails and no contact number found

@CTMODS is a Cybertruck owners club forum sponsor and I purchased the running boards which were sent promptly, look great and were easily to install. I have only had them on for a short period of time and ran over a curb on low suspension that mangled the driver side supports

I have tried to contact their customer support multiple times over the past 2-3 weeks without any response back and I cannot find a contact phone number.

I want to be able to purchase the driver side running board brackets and just need either a price, manufacturer or another place to get the same brackets.

Anyone have any contact numbers, or similar lack of response from CTmods? [email protected] I have tried emailing them 4x since June 29, 2025.

See below - Middle picture is the "mangled" bracket and the right picture is the good bracket. Even wondering if there is an exact match for this bracket at another vendor I could purchase.

I have tried calling that number as well. No response. Tried Whats App as suggested. No response. I would warn anyone with purchasing anything from CT MODS, www.ctmods.com. No support at all. Now I need brackets for the damaged ones and have no idea who to call to buy them. I have seen ones that look similar and will have to see if they have the same size brackets to buy from another company.
