My 7 year old daughter loves it, it's super fun. It has two speed settings with a switch under the hood, you can set it to max 5mph/10mph. It can run for about 12 miles on a full charge, and the battery is removable and has an external 110v charger.

The seat is adjustable and can slide back a decent amount, but it's not sized for an adult. Here is my daughter in hers for scale reference, she's ~50lbs and 4'2" at 7yo.

Yes you can, it says weight up to 150 but I am about 208 and have driven the mini.
