Cyberbeast owner… is this normal

Hi. I was wondering if this looks normal…

this is on the driver’s side front wheel well, up inside near the suspension arm area. It’s above and slightly behind the wheel, tucked along the inner fender liner.
The wrapping looks mangled compared to the other passenger side. The first pic is the drivers side wheel and the 2nd is from the passenger side. Thanks
