My windshield has some wavyness, and an issue with the printed (tint?) at the top. I am worried that replacing it will be more traumatic than living with it.

On our 2026 beast with a 90974 vin had the air suspension errors right away. (literally on the drive home)
It was a quick fix at the service center - it was the left rear ride height sensor.
(PART # 1250971-00-B)

That truck also had a rattling passenger seat on rough roads - just an adjustment they fixed at the same time. (had 137 miles when we took it back for this stuff)

Our other 2026 beast 94678 Vin - had one early problem with the tonneau cover sounding odd and sticking short of fully closing occasionally - service center fixed it right up.

I picked up a 97xxx series VIN cyberbeast on Friday, truck was manufactured 6/24 and the first thing I did (under 10miles on the odometer on the truck) when I got back home was test few features I care about and oh boy! Here are all the issues I have with my new truck:

1. Bed 240V outlet shuts down while supplying only 25A, with no other AC loads. These are rated at 40amps. Service Mode reports: “HVC detects an issue while grid forming the AC Outlets.” -- Tesla has confirmed this issue remotely by looking at my vehicle's log and have backordered a replacement part. Fix date TBD. This is a major repair as far as I know. You can test this on your own cybertruck by plugging in a second EV like Tesla Model 3 / Y to the 240v outlet in your truck bed using Tesla mobile connector. It is rated to charge unto 32amps using the mobile connector. Mine kept tripping at 32amps, I had to lower the amps to 25amps to make it work (you can configure lower amps in the vehicle you are charging)

2. Air suspension leaking -- Alerts in the car on my first drive out on freeway on Saturday!

3. Abnormal and distinct humming/whining sounds at freeway speed. The sound changes between uphill acceleration and downhill regeneration/coasting. There is absolutely no sound driving below ~50-70 miles. This is my 4'th Tesla so I'm aware of regen/electric motor sound, this is much different, it kicks in at higher speed and sounds like a drill or whining sound. I read online some of the reasons could be : it can be Active noise cancelling sound via the speaker (nope, it's disabled), I also heard it can be battery preconditioning (nope, it's not preconditioning the battery). While I was at sales center today I took another Cyberbeast for a test drive on the same freeway, driving the same speeds with FSD and confirmed there was no issue with the Demo truck, so it's some defect on my Cyberbeast!

4. Windshield has visible optical distortion that warps objects/road markings when viewed through portions of the glass. Visible from driver’s seating position. In the 5-month I was waiting for my Cybertruck to be delivered I watched tons of Youtube video and I remember one guy had the same issue, I'm surprised how bad this is. Windshield will be replaced to fix this, hopefully, Tesla hasn't confirmed yet.

I'm going to be doing additional tests tonight with charging the truck on 110v Level 1 charging and 220v Level 2 charging for a few hours to see if additional errors with the electrical system show up. In addition I'm thinking of also putting the truck in camp mode to level the truck, I guess that should stress the Air suspension further.

Curious if anyone has experienced similar issues with their trucks, would love to know more and prepare myself with what to expect.

As much as I love Tesla cars and FSD, the quality controls on Cybertruck production line seem to be atrocious. I can't believe this is the customer experience they deliver for a $100k+ vehicle and I really wish customers demand much higher quality and not settle because they don't want to be perceived "difficult" or think this is normal, this is absolutely not normal. Unfortunately the problem is beside the Windshield issue (which I flagged during delivery) none of the other 3 issues can be detected before delivery 'cuz they don't let you test drive out of the lot before you purchase.
My windshield was replaced in June d/t technician cracking original. I’m scheduled for a replacement end of July. It’s from the middle to the passenger side. Very distracting. Originally the windshield was perfect. CB FS Delivered April 2024. Also just received a PCS error so can only charge on Supercharger.
