Cybertruck - cannot resell for 1 year, contract still stands VS rumors that the contract has changed? who is right?

Still inquiring about the REAL TRUTH on if the Cybertruck is available for resell, trade in, etc without being blackballed from Tesla. My current contract still shows that the contract in writing is still the same, but there are rumors that this has been amended.

Who is right?
Does anyone have the info around this issue?

I dont think this is legally true, since the contract displays 1 year. I think you still have to wait, if I were to trade in the truck to tesla for a model X, they would decline the trade right ?

If you want to see if Tesla will allow you to sell it, then go through the steps indicated to find out.
