Bahahahha wtf? DUI test when you’re on a stretcher severely injured ? What one walking the line or touching your nose? Or possibly they would ask the man to breathalyzer when he’s in shock? in that type of situation they blood test at the hospital. What are you his lawyer you think cops have blood test in there trunk ? Or the medics have them instant results on the scene ? Make it make sense?

Depending on how fast, but I think it definitely would. If you fell asleep the regen would slow the truck down. And recently I had a person abruptly stop on the highway as I looked to another lane, my CT hit the brakes before I could. As I tried to hit the brake there was no resistance on the brake pedal because my truck had did it on its own.
it saved me a headache.

Given the damage to the Silverado, and its driver leaving on a stretcher, I'd say the CT 'won'. It may not be drivable after the fact, but I'd rather have been in it than the Silverado.
