Your truck looks awsome
Thanks. It is a nice truck. Much better then any ICE truck I have had, at least for how I use a truck. Cannot wait for next level greatness with the CT!

no, they offer the 5’5” option, I parked next to one yesterday, and that truck in the picture is the same.
Where is your proof they sell a 5’5” bed on Super Duty? They never have and never will. 6-3/4’ or 8’. That’s it.

I use my 8’ bed RAM 350 for work and will probably have to bypass my extremely early Cybrtrk order (RN112753775). With a Tommy Gate power lift gate my bed is extended another 10”. I love being able to carry 8’ lumber with the tail gate up or up to 16’ lumber with both sections of the Tommy Gate down to support the lumber. I was hoping for a work truck.

agreed this is the 6.75’ bed F250, with standard wheelbase - which is 238” long

Meaning if Teslas <19’ means eg 227”, there’s be a ~10” delta

while you can clearly see the CT is shorter, ain’t nobody here picking out whether it’s eg 8” shorter or 14” shorter

the F250’s bed only appears so much longer because of the CT’s tonneau/eave design, which means that while the CT’s bed floor is ~6’ long, the tonneau/bed opening is nearer to 5.5’

Most of the work trucks around here make due with their 6' bed or a trailer.

It all depends on what you want to use it for, but for me, I’d want to be able to put a quad or a quad and a dirt bike in the bed, and be able to close the tail gate. My 5’5” F150 bed is way too small for that unfortunately and it means I usually pull a trailer just so I don’t have to mess around with the tail gate.

I am going to be so sad that there are no Front Identification Lamps. And I am wanting a TRUCK, not at truck. I'll be sad with the shortened length. I'll live though. Sacrifices must be made.

Waiting for people to get into 'Taste Great' vs 'Less Filling' shouting matches about Cybertruck size...
Well the park in the garage crowd are probably the 'Less Filling' side of that. But I didn't intend to be licking my truck so I'm not sure the 'Tastes Great' argument fits.

** Edited to correct my assumption of the CT bed length to match latest from EM's earnings call - "...over a six foot bed..."

Here is a screen shot from Ford.com spec page for the F-250 Super Duty truck. Two boxes/beds and the short one (like in the comparison photo) is 6.75 ft long, likely just a few inches longer than the CT's "...over a six foot bed." (At the floor, I assume).
