I am planning on pre-ordering the cybertruck this week. I have a few questions, since I drive to drop off the kids to school and park to walk them, multiple trips in one day, errands, work, crazy traffic, etc.
1)does the cyber truck fit within the parking line limit horizontally and vertically, in BH, LA and Sta Monica area? They enforce on giving tickets to ppl who get out of the lines.
2) if I need to change tires, (about how many miles)how long do they last ?
3) how expensive are they? Where do they carry them?
4) tire rotation, where do they do it? Or any other service, where do they do it? In west LA area.
5) does it have surveillance camera that can connect to cell phone? Bc my neighbors just lost all 4 tires on his Tesla to thugs. How is it the surveillance didn’t inform him.
please help me with some answers please so I can order it!
P.S. I love the look! I need an electric car ASAP! Plus I love the height, look, style, made, color, interior.

One more thing, is it hard to open the back of the cargo area? I saw the video showing a strong man opening it and not sure if I could? Since I need to put my folding bike there. Also, if I go the mountain, snow, is ok? Will it melt and water could get in back cargo area or not? how many suitcases fit in the back? Also, if G-od forbid someone gets stuck in the car, I met ppl that rolled in their landrover on the way to mammoth, can firemen open it up? Since it’s stainless steel? How could they open it? Any way these are mom style questions always looking ahead on ifs and how's.

Look around for parked newer models (2019+) Ford F150 crew cab (4 full size doors).
The Cybertruck is basically the same length & width as newer models (2019+) Ford F150 crew cab (4 full size doors).

Early Cybertruck reservations are a year away from delivery. With over 1M pre-orders, new orders are at least 2-3 years away. Even amongst Tesla's current models, the wait time is months.

EVs in general are heavier, and tend to wear tires faster. I don't expect Tesla to use exotic tires, so any place that sells truck tires can provide them. They can rotate the tires as well.

All Teslas have a "Sentry Mode" option that constantly records events all around the car. This costs about 2 miles of range per hour when parked. They just added a live remote-viewing feature.

FYI, it's damn near impossible to roll a Tesla due to the low center of gravity. But if you do, a fireman's Jaws-o-Life will have no trouble prying the doors off.

As mentioned above, the Cybertruck is not the “Need an EV ASAP” vehicle. If you ordered it this month, you are unlikely to see it for at least a couple years.

If you have deep pockets you will be able to find a Cybertruck on eBay Motors around Q4 of 2022 if production stays on track.

Be prepared to pay a steep premium over MSRP however as a lot of early reservation holders are “flippers” who hope to profit from their Cybertruck reservations. I predict early flippers can make $20k - $60k profit on a Cybertruck sale.

If you are pre-ordering it on November 23, 2021, I don't think you will need to worry about dropping the kids off at school. They will be old enough to drive by the time you get your Cybertruck.
