My main concern with the nose job and smaller crash zone is that even headon collision with a mosquito may total the truck. I think safety is a main concern of Tesla. I doubt they will take away from crash zone. It makes sense to take away from back seat to make the truck shorter. Most likely it is the perspective and camera angle messing with us. or as others mentioned accommodating the wipers. The wiper location is inline with a windshield photo we saw a while back.
With lightning size fronk it makes sense to do it that way. If Fronk is short and deep, top loading makes more sense to me.MAYBE it is not too late for Tesla to do something similar to the Lightning? I don't know anyone that doesn't like the way the Ford Lightning frunk opens.
I kinda like the original slope; more slippery for air, rocks, bugs, birds, .....Looks like the slope of the windshield is much steeper. It is more vertically lifted than it was before. I kind of like this change because of it is so hard to see through windshield when it is more horizontal. Even Musk mentioned about it on on Jay leno's show. (2:33) Perhaps they fixed this issue
I wouldn't get too worked up about the blurry shots. Up close, things may look much better. The front of the truck definitely looks "frunked up". So pissed.
