Unfortunately, that video is from quite a while back and of an older prototype style, and I don’t know that the tailight has been spotted since

yesterday’s videos from California had some good closeups of that trim piece, and if there’s an led under there they’ve done a damn good job of hiding it under some smoked material

better to watch the video closeup than stills, but if one squints and is optimistic you might just make out an anomaly in the trim piece that corresponds with the same sort of light seen in your video above

It looks like the same material covering the working square brake lights. Stands to reason the 3rd brake light is still there, just not turned on or hooked up.

Seems like and I hope they will do more with this space. Looks to out of place with the rest of the interior. I understand the purpose but it seem like you could do more with it.

Not being an actual production vehicle maybe they will improve on this space and how to improve appearance or functionality.

Any thoughts on how to better use this space.?

what is that an s? I am used to the model 3 which is very simple and uncluttered and the floor infront of the console is just flat. If this is an s, it seems very busy and cluttered to me more like a conventional ICE car.
