Updated with more info on this Cybertruck (posted by @Cyberbestia)
This is a regular Cybertruck, running Cyberbeast software with manufacturer plates and was being used by several influencers at GigaTexas. It was limited by software to a top speed of 112 mph, which is why all the bells were going off at the finish line. Another set of influencers noticed the speed limitation and Tesla engineers updated the firmware on the regular CT to simulate the Cyberbeast UI, however, it's not a Cyberbeast.
The Cyberbeast is built entirely differently, moving rear motor to the front and having two additional motors at the rear, not something that can be duplicated via a firmware update, which was what the engineers were testing on the CT in the video.
Pretty impressive performance from the Cyberbeast. That's a top dog dragster it's going up against.
