Back when I was a civilian trucker all the "Large Cars" (fancy big rigs) had dual chrome stacks of various diameters. Lots of "concrete cowboys" are running stacks on their big diesel Dodges, Fords or Chevys. The redneck in me would love to see a set of faux chrome stacks sticking up behind the cab slightly higher than the roofline. They could be either straight up or have turn outs and maybe be able to fold down to allow the cover to be used. Zero practical purpose other than to make people go "huh?". Maybe one of the faithful that is good with photoshop could indulge my fantasy.

  1. An "electric fence" that can be activated from your phone to deter threats spotted in Sentry mode.
  2. FSD Boat Launch Mode.
I’d like to see the truck get something like the lasers from rick and morty’s “keep summer safe” episode :D

  1. Flat-folding mid-gate as mentioned above or some sort of pass through at least.
  2. HUD or a screen behind the steering wheel. I’d miss that after trading in my Model S.
  3. Heated/cooled vented seats, heated steering wheel
  4. Round steering wheel. The yoke style steering wheel only lets you put your hands at 9 and 3. Plus if you’re a big fella your legs or knees might prevent the yoke from rotating enough to make a sharp turn, not good.
  5. Built in wiring for an aftermarket trailer brake controller of our own choosing.
  6. Automatic braking to avoid deer or pedestrians. I assume the latter will come with FSD, when that becomes a reality, but it’d be nice to avoid CT damage from deer or other large animals too.
Yes, yes, yes...trailer brake controller, preferably OEM tesla style, or at least pre-wired for aftermarket.

I'd like to have that FSD boat launch thing and I'd also like it to drain and refill the oil (engine and foot and replace the filter in the case of the engine), flush with antifreeze and take out and replace the damn freeze plugs.

I had this idea quite a while ago although I didn't know how to implement it into automobiles but since Tesla is using cameras for visual cues in driving I would love to see a stop and go light count down detector built-in so it can regulate speed and it's not a guessing game for the human of when the green light is going to change. But of course that would mean all stop and go lights would need to have a visual countdown for a camera to pick up either infrared ultraviolet strobing light Or now I think you can transmit quote language cues end quote in lasers. Oh well Mad Max is not a very good driver

What kind of options would you like to see available for your CT even if they border on being weird/crazy?
I am curious to know how good the sound system is. How many speakers? Is it good quality sound?

I would like to see flush inset steps In the sides of the cargo area with “push in” hinged spring loaded flush covers like the ones used on Bell Huey helicopters (similar ones in the flaps of a North American T28) along with a flush fold up hand hold that could also be used to tie cargo down. That will make it possible to reach over the sides of the bed with out a step ladder.

It would be awesome if we could get steering wheel instrument cluster and side view mirror screens just like the ones in the new Koenigsegg Gemera.

Along similar lines, if not built in already, could the car have an API for read only information from the car, essentially as much as the information that is available on the center screen, along with real time camera feeds. That should stop people complaining about not having heads up display, dashboard displays, side view camera views etc, as long as the band width is there, a third party display could be added.

I hope that the Cybertruck can be ordered without carpet. Would also like to see removable drain plugs in floor low points.

Could be done via navigation... when you use google maps it reports your speed to the server and shows traffic if speed is below speed limit. However timing is usually posted via speed limit. However lights timed for 30mph are also timed for 60mph! But some lights arent timed and change with sensors that are implanted In the roadway. So really the problem is that if you trigger a light then the next light should anticipate your arrival and change.
In the same vein, navigation should tell you the speed you should travel in a traffic jam to prevent stop and go.

Don't know how feasible this is (but taking into account the title of this to thread) I'd like to have my Cybertruck painted (or wrapped) in Vanta Black!

The CT had two “blanks” on the doors near the a-pillars. I have to think the goal is to have a side view display mounted there on the finished product.

Just above the driver’s left hand in the picture below.
