So, Cybertrucks will be on the road, on the the highway, overlanding, off-roading, Baja-style, and amphibious. Seeing how Elon has sent a Roadster into orbit, and the CT is obviously built for Mars, at this point I don't think it's a stretch to say there will be Cybertrucks in space. It's just a matter of when. 100%.

the cybertruck moon rover would be a great advertising pic.
I think Elon actually plans to use them like this, or at least parts or it

Its difficult to get traction in zero gee.

Even on the moon, just a little goof with the throttle and you are in the air.

If the Cybertruck leaves the grip of earth’s gravity, it will be more a demo of Starship’s capability then for practical purposes.

And this is why the CT needs a Raptor engine

That begs the question from an engineer. Can Tesla Plaid motors operate hermetically sealed against abrasive Moon dust in vacuum?

Tesla could make future planetary trucks that look like the CT, but they would be massively different in their internal design. I could see the SS exoskeleton remaining, but the battery, motors, frame, suspension, wheels, tires, doors, glass, and just about everything else would need to be massively different than the CT we know and love. I'd also wager no glass roof, and far less glass in general, due to insulation/heat transfer requirements.

At that point, it's not really a CT, is it?

Let’s make this absolutely clear… CT is the official Earth truck and never will be the official Mars truck.

Were you involved using a rover to draw a penis in the soil with the tracks?
