Good question. Drop in to the SC? I don't see a calibration method for that in the manual

It may also be something super simple, like driving a bit with the lockers on to self-calibrate, etc. There is a section for troubleshooting in the manual:

Happened to me.
Start going straight and shift in to N. That will get it out.
I didn’t know this so had mine towed for same error.

All automatic diff lockers are like this fyi. My Rubicon's lockers were especially picky about being on a flat surface, no flex, and driving a bit to get them to properly engage. Which is dumb since you're not on a flat surface when you need to turn them on. You just had to predict when you needed them before starting an obstacle. The electronic sway bar release wasn't quite as picky.

I have the same alerts too (only visible in service menu). Haven't attempted to use the lockers yet but has been driving fine otherwise. Interested to see if it self-calibrates with time and/or a use of the lockers. Not interested to try quite yet on a holiday weekend in case they get stuck on.

I realize now that this alert coincides with the time that 2024.14.7 finished installing so I’m going to ignore for the time being.

Got this tonight.

Seems to be making a bunch of clicking noises when locking the vehicle.

Same errors, I'm out of town but mum will take it over to service center on monday to see what's up

I took the truck into service for this and a few other things. Service technician says this is a “benign alert”. Nothing need to be done. So afterwards, I took it on a gravel road, and locked and unlocked the differentials three times. Everything does seem to be working fine, although I still have the alert. Attached is a screenshot of the service summary.
