CT comes with carpeted floor mats. FS comes with rubber mats. In may case, the rubber mats were installed and the carpeted ones were sitting in the bed.

Yes, that's what I've heard from a couple of locations, Foundation Series get two sets of mats. Which then makes the assumption that the basic vehicle gets one.
