I would really like this if (1) it didn't rattle or move out of position even on a bumpy ride and (2) it was made out of heavy duty rigid plastic (the one in the picture looks like the longest panel would flex too much and have a cheaper feel). I like the way the subtrunk lid feels, for example. The reason I say this, is that I might use this for heavy tools, flashlight or other metal objects like an ammo can.

Will this work with the all weather floor mats included with the foundation series? From the photo it looks like the carpet mats only. Don’t want to have to cut the all weather mats to make it accessible.
