Factory Goodyear territory tires - where to buy?

A 285/60/20 should be just fine right? It's just a little smaller sidewall right? Someone I know pulled off 4 brand new Firestone Transforce A/T and will sell them to me for $200 each. Seems like I should jump on them. My OEM Core tires are almost shot after 16k miles. Fronts are at 6 and backs at 3. Sheesh
