For those with white interior, any regrets?

For reference, we ski/backcountry, hunt, mountain bike, disperse camp, overland, shoot, snowmobile and boat. We’ve got two teenage sons, a GSD, and use our CT as a tool. With 10K miles in 4 months, our white looks as good as new and because we can see any dirt/stains/blood/chocolate etc. that may get on it, we can easily and immediately clean it up. Now with that said, the gray man in me appreciates the “tactical” gray so we easily could have gone either way and been happy like most.

The white ones get dirty easily. You need to take that into consideration, but white does look good.

I have a model Y in White and love it, but I didn’t think it was CT vibe; love the grey for CT and think it’s more appropriate.

I live where summers are 110°+ dark interiors get horribly hot and sticky. I love the white trim. I would have gone with all white if I could.
it is very easy to clean (especially with a 20 year that loves to borrow it). To me the color gives it a “clean” look.
I also have a monthly subscription at BubbleBath and use it weekly at a minimum.

No regrets. However, the white on the dash panel will glare heavily in your side mirrors (if you use them). I have really dark tint, which helps, but still noticable.

Every Tesla we’ve purchased except for my Cybertruck has had white interior. The materials Tesla uses for these seats is extremely resilient.

That said, I definitely had one of the first FS/CBs with gray interior and I hope I never live to own a TRUCK with white interior trim of any material. While this makes sense for a luxury vehicle like an S or X, it doesn’t make any sense (to me) for my overland, off-road, great outdoors rig.

It casts obnoxious reflections on the windshield and windows; dust, dirt errant dog prints stick out like sore thumbs.

Nonstarter for me in this vehicle. Everyone’s needs, tastes and tolerances are going to vary. I think tactical gray is the only way to go in the Cybertruck, but I would hate it in my Model S Plaid.

I liked the white look. Test drove one with white. And here in sunny Fla was a no way. Reflection was terrible on the windshield.

IIRC, it only became an option within a few days of when I configured my order in June ‘24. I suspect it’s in the low hundreds. But, I don’t know if there’s really a way to know.

Have White, it's great. No reflections or dirt, 12K miles.
Grey looks fine too, would be okay with either.

No regrets, it’s a future driven design, gotta have the white! It looks like the future!

Also, the normal touch points are all in grey, so the reality is, unless you’re a complete slob and just routinely throw dirty stuff around your vehicle interior, it’ll almost never be touched by anything dirty anyway.

I have had zero issues with it getting dirty.

I painted the white panel on my dash because it reflected and blocked the side mirrors.

I forgot to add, we do have a Model X all white interior with two kids and its spotless most of the time… I supose the CT is the same type of leather?

- 3 Model 3s in white. Awesome! My choice.
- 1 model X in black . Always dirty…. Wife’s choice

1 year of moderate to heavy usage basically daily, 22k+ miles - white is still white. No regrets.
