I have over 17K miles on FSD in my Model 3 (AI4) and Y (AI3). I avoid driving manually. The difference between AI3 and AI4 is one reason I am replacing my MY (AI3) with the CT.

I use summon all the time, losing it (hopefully temporarily) is going to hurt (especially in the winter).
I drive about 600 miles round trip from Chicago to Detroit monthly. I use FSD for the entire drive.

When I did my test drive, I did not actually drive the truck. It drove me from the Tesla parking lot to my driveway and back. I only drove the truck to test park it in my garage. From that very limited experience, I think FSD on CT is about the same as it is on S3XY?

What is FSD like on the Cybertruck?
Any comparisons between AI4 on a S3XY versus the CT?
Long trip FSD + CT experience?

I’ve been using FSD sense they enabled it on the truck. At first it wasn’t the greatest with low training data. But now I’m Rocking about 73k miles on it. Have taken it from FL to Arkansas several times, Arkansas to Chicago then to see family in Michigan and back to Arkansas. I absolutely love it, for the most part it does very well and when the computer was goofing up (been replaced) I was bummed I had to actually manually drive parts of it. I’ll kick it on relax. It doesn’t watch the signs well enough so you gotta keep an eye out for them speed signs and verify it’s doing proper speed or you’ll end up with a ticket. Overall I’m happier with it than without it. I would go out of my way to take vs fly up and rent something inferior. I almost never drive myself aside from parking or to dodge new pot holes on my dirt road.

From my personal opinion FSD is ranked like so:

1. HW4 MY

2. HW4M3
3. HW4MS
4. CT

5. HW3MY
6. HW3MS/3

The CT is not nearly as confident or as good as the MY or even as good as the M3/S, but it's much better than HW3 still.

I didn't have a HW4MX to rank so I left it out.

Edit: I have almost 20k miles on FSD since 14.2 in the CT, 8k on the M3 (mostly my wife), and between my wife and me had around 10k on the MY. We both agree that the MY is much better than the rest...but the CT is my preferred vehicle.

I have 13k miles on my CT 2024 AWD FS and FSD has come a long way and I am 92% Self Drive. It is VERY GOOD. I swapped out my parents HW3 Y for 2026 HW4 Premium Y and it is also VERY GOOD, there is something in the new Y about just how confident it is in those rare edge cases that makes it slightly better than the CT at this point in time. Fact we can only compare autonomous within the Tesla suite of cars, they are just that far ahead on any thing else.

I currently have a 2023 HW3 model y along with a 2024 cybertruck and have driven both back and forth from Long Island NY to South Florida multiple times via FSD. The technology is incredible and never had an issue with self driving. Takes the edge off of long trips, really a game changer on driving in the future, crazy šŸ‘. Anybody that has not experienced it is really missing out and it really is safe. The way I see it. The 6 cameras eyes outside the vehicle that FSD uses are better than my two eyes and the computer reaction to any issues/incidents is better than the reaction that I can give in an incident. It’s also a plus for someone that’s older. Where the reaction and eyes on as good as a younger person.

Visualization on CT is a little different than on 3/Y.

functionally- CT is only really lacking AS summon, and auto shift into reverse/drive (s/x feature)

I think the HW4 WY is the best but originally the difference was pretty big and now I think it's hardly noticeable. The only thing the cybertruck does occasionally that is annoying is take turns too tight and bringing me close to barriers. Otherwise I just use it without any concerns.

23k miles, 98% FSD since it started tracking -about 7k miles. In reality, it's double as I did multiple 1000 miles trips before it started tracking.

I really miss the auto shift from the HW4 M3 that I traded on this CT. That being said I do think that the M3 was a bit more confident in FSD. I use it about 80% of the time.
