I've had to recalibrate at least once since late November on each new FSD code update when the CT is hugging left or right lane too much. Recalibrating makes an immediate noticeable difference in lane centering. Make certain cameras are all clean before calibration, include cleaning the vision camera area on the outside of the front windshield. Trigger camera calibrate on a no precipitation day if possible, clearly marked divided highway (so vision cameras can see multiple lanes) while keeping the CT manually lane centered until calibration completes seems to fix it. Calibration only takes about 10-15 miles in this scenario.
Side note I have a bit of off-gassing fog on my vision cameras between the plastic housing and interior windshield, you may too, ask Tesla to clean that on your next service.
Hope this helps someone.
