It’s clear from the investor presentation that new generation vehicles are going to be built in the Giga Monterrey / Giga Garcia. (Definitely not Giga Mexico as it doesn’t match the naming convention)
The slide of products indicated Cybertruck, some other commercial vehicle most likely a Van (but could be Robotaxi) and gen3 Gen 4

It’s clear that Giga Garcia is going to produce gen3 Gen 4 first but the next product could be the Cybertruck world truck.
An enclosed Van is much more popular globally than a Ute (pickup truck) and a small / medium truck is more popular everywhere other than North America.

It’s possible that the Van and Worldtruck might be built on a very similar platform all built at Giga Garcia for global export.

Tesla isn't referring to the next generation of vehicles after Cybertruck as 'Gen 3'. The Gen 3 is the Model 3/Y. That's what they meant by showing a working factory.

Beyond that... All we know is that it's positioned to make export products like the next gen and parts for other Gigafactories.

🤷🏼‍♀️

Did I actually mean Gen 4 then? What ever was under the sheets in the slide.

I'll believe in robotaxi when FSD works.

I'll believe in FSD when the windshield wiper AI in my Model Y works.

I do believe my Model Y is a fantastic general purpose family vehicle that's great for committing, family hauling, and road-tripping - because that's how I use it daily.

Driving electric vehicles is great, and I feel like I'm living in the future every time I pull away from a stoplight with smooth ∆V that doesn't require a bunch of revving and jerking. That's awesome.

Plus, the Midwestern power grid is wind-heavy and cleaner than gasoline - I recharged on about 45% zero-emissions energy last night because it's windy out here on the plains. That's awesome.

Tesla's supercharger network (combined with the integrated dashboard navigation system) is comprehensive enough that I can drive anywhere the Interstates to with minimal planning. That's awesome.

I'll skip the fantasy robotaxi stuff until the building blocks are in place, and focus on what's actually awesome about Tesla vehicles.

Could this happen to Giga Monterrey ?

US company says Mexican police illegally seized property
MEXICO CITY (AP) — A U.S. company said Monday that Mexican police and soldiers have illegally entered and seized a cargo port it operates on land it owns on Mexico’s Caribbean coast.
Alabama-based Vulcan Materials said police forced their way into the Caribbean coast dock at Punta Venado, near Playa del Carmen, last week.

You can find articles like this for every government at every level. There's always disagreements on what is an imminent threat or needed by the public good..

Yes, But Nuevo Leon is a dangerous place. The Cartel have a lot of influence there. Im guessing you're not going to be seeing daily video updates of the construction like at Austin.

Probably not, but not because it's dangerous.

Maybe if they throw HAL9000 in the car it wouldn’t have to walk anymore with wire, and the car wouldn’t have to drive with the yet unproven FSD?! With the two combined = real robotaxi?! Lol.
