Got a VIN assigned 6 weeks ago and still no delivery!

The loan has been approved three times hurting my credit, and the payments were sent three weeks ago, but still no delivery.

Does anyone know what else I can do to track when it will be delivered?

Have you contacted them within the app or by phone? They should be able to locate the vehicle with your VIN.

I did, they are super rude and say, " we don't control that " you have to wait.

Weird. I've read on this forum several times that people have called and they were told the exact location of their truck.

I called them after your message just as an exercise, and they said that because of liability reasons, they couldn't provide information about where the truck is; maybe I am calling the wrong department. If you know or read a better way to call let me know, thank you for connecting with me!
