With 1500 #'s tongue weight and the vehicle weight rating maxed out, the towing experience is amazing. Around here it's flatland towing and most boat ramps are within 30 miles or less and speeds do not exceed 60 MPH. There are many variables that can make up the towing experience. It just depends on where and how you use your vehicle. For me

the Cybertruck has hit the sweet spot.

@Svenscot This is awesome, any chance you got the wh/mile for your trip?

We are getting a boat and would love to know other CT owners range estimates with their boats!
No boat but two trailers. An aero correct camper and a box car hauler.
the aero correct camper weighs 3,000 pounds and driving speed limit with about 1/3 interstate it settled in at 601 wpm over 1,000 miles. Box trailer empty or not is the same. Ranges 750 - 850. Empty it is 1,900 pounds and with Model A add 2.500 to that.
No trailer my average is 371 won

Wow! Just wow! 1500 lbs tongue weight and CT absolutely stayed flat. I was expecting some sag. The wheel wells are in perfect alignment. I have been so frustrated with traditional tow vehicles that sag badly as soon as the tongue weight exceeds 1000 lbs unless it’s a F350 dually. CT is handling this like a breeze. Absolutely incredible. Thanks for sharing.

We've know how capable the CT rear air suspension is for some time. Multiple reports. I put 2400 lbs. of wet firewood rounds in the bed and it drove so similar to unloaded I couldn't believe it. Absolutely no rear sag, even though the center of gravity of the cargo was well behind the rear axle!

This is still in Easy Entry Mode (which is the only reason it looks squatted down). So much easier to load these heavy rounds into a low deck height! As soon as I put it into Drive the front and rear raised up and it drove like a dream. No light front-end feeling like I get in my F-150. No uncontrolled boingo bouncing over humps and bumps. No riding on the bump stops. No detectable frame flex (frame flex is pretty severe in my F-150 with a smaller load than this).

That's 21 rounds, completely filling the bed. No wheel wells to get in the way. I drove down a 12% grade that was all rutted out, with pavement missing and it was smooth and solid. I didn't even need to touch the friction brakes!

Even a HD 1-ton truck would have driven crappy with this load, down this steep, torn up road. I would have dragged the differential in a couple of spots if I didn't take the perfect line. In the Cybertruck, it was so similar to no load at all, I couldn't believe it. I could barely even tell I had a load, especially the way the regen seemed to ramp up to compensate. It's unheard of to go down a grade this steep, with a load this heavy, and not need to use brakes to check your speed.

In fact, it drove so well, after I got to the highway I drove up another road with an 11% grade, a twisty single lane mountain road that has a lot of tight curves and a couple of switchbacks, just for fun (and testing purposes). ? I drove at a brisk pace and didn't feel any signs that I was pushing the limits. And no brake use either.

A lot of know-nothings say the Cybertruck can't tow, without qualifying it with "hundreds of miles without charging". It's actually one of the safest, best towing trucks on the market, if you are not trying to cross vast distances.

It seems like a lot of people are hating on the cybertruck for towing. The fact is it seems to hold up great from videos and posts on here. Seems like the only thing that sucks is range. But most people don't even tow with their trucks. If you're traveling across the country an EV probably isn't for you, but for 95% of people it will be a better vehicle.
