That looks sweet but probably 50 mile range hahaha
There is a guy driving around Broward County in a blueish-tan CT not too far off from that pic...

Why? ….why?
I feel like a lot of people on here were mainly Tesla owners before CT. I wasn’t. I was always a lofted truck owner. So I got this to use as a truck, which usually doesn’t mean driving at 8inches above ground clearance lol.

I’m in the same boat. My last truck was a Chevy 2500 diesel leveled and I loved it. I wish to drive in high at All times also!
there is 1 company that makes some brackets you clip on to fool
the suspension. I ordered them but never put them on because I am unsure of them and not to many reviews on them. A few guys say they are good

I also just ran across these on e bay and look way more legit then the other ones

The people naysaying in the thread are the same peeps that jump in a window tinting thread and say it will crack your windows and void your warranty. Not everyone spends time or knows about customizing vehicles to your liking. I also can’t stand when it’s low I want it to look like a truck. I got Toyo AT111 and a wider stance offset just for that beeeeef !!! I just am not sure if I trust those lift rod set ups

Yeah this isn’t the board for the two of us that care🤣. Coming from the same place; lifted H3 on 37’s, lifted SuperDuty on 40s. I’ think the issue is you’re getting close to maxing out the air suspension and the truck starts to ride like a Lowrider with hydraulics. I wish the On-road High was unlimited speed so you can still use Tesla Vision.

Only low and entry modes are in the 8 inch range. Medium is 10. The "higher" suspension setting uses medium at lower speeds and low at highway speeds.
My Sierra trade in's ground clearance was 8 inches unloaded.

You got the spacers? Or bought offset wheels?

Is there a hack to ride Very High? I ride Off-Road “High” most times BUT it won’t let me do this on very high mode. I am used to driving a lifted truck and would want to ride high even at highway speeds. High mode is great, but if I could get very high, that would be amazing.

Just get the CybertruckCo lift rod kit. They’re $80 and it’ll give you another 1.125 and 1.25 in front and rear in medium. They’re great. I’ve been driving with them for a few months now and have a post here too if you want to check out. Here’s the link to buy them. I’ve had no problem in High and Very High in off road and they are 2+ inches in those modes. Truck looks so much better IMO!

I mean I understand but what if the wheels had spacers on them to offer a wider offset then this would never happen. I’ve driven at 90 mph for an hour and a half multiple times no issue here. That is on high mode in off-road.

you are talking about when you are driving in any of the other modes. I am speaking of driving in off-road mode at greater than 25 mph. It allows you to do high, but it does not allow very high. I guess I will have to purchase that ridiculously expensive 2.5 inch lift kit. there has to be some software that Tesla will allow this because it’s a truck. And it has the option to ride very high. If it would let me drive in extract mode, I would.
I guess I kind of get it, in low and entry it definitely looks more like a low rider, it's definitely far more bad ass with more lift, I'm "OK" with the low setting on the highway saving a few cents in efficiency. I do prefer to raise it to medium around town.

Only because most "lifted" trucks don't have air suspensions and can't lower themselves at highway speeds. Thus they get 12-12mph on the highway. But you're right us Tesla nerds obsess a bit much about a few cents worth of electric efficiency.

When the CT does truck stuff off road you can use it, when doing commuter stuff they assumed we'd all want that efficiency, I would agree it would be nice to lock in some of the higher suspension settings as long as it doesn't tear up your CV joints and suspension parts.

An easy trick that rides 1 inch taller and medium all the time and 2 inches taller and high mow is our lift rod kit. https://cybertruckco.com/product/cybertruckco-lift-rod-kit-raises-truck-625-2-height-over-stock/

Yes. Buying these ASAP. Thank you for this mod. Seriously. Question for you, will the CV joints be okay with this increased angulation stress ?

I vouch for CybertruckCo and the crew that makes it.. I've had mine on now for about 2 months or so, no issues.. Literally had Roger and William from the shop facetime me to assist me with placement of the rods, not many other companies would go to those heights..
