He's talking about if you drive slowly past a parking space (or many), they'll start to highlight. You can click on one and your truck will park there. It'll back into the spot. Does pretty good.Click a space and it parks??
You seem to only have negative and nay-saying comments on this forum lately. Why are you here?Sort of monopolistic behavior to force in another of your companies like that. I'm not against the efficiency of integrating companies but it would seem to the outsider that other companies were not allowed to compete for the business. Seems kind of underhanded in some ways.
While on that note, with all the land at the Giga Texas plant, why oh why did they build so close to the highway that they would then later "need" to pay the Boring Company to dig under the road?
I'm very not negative. It just doesn't seem right that Elon uses one company to support the others. That's 3 tied into Tesla now. And my comment about the tunnel under the highway was ONLY about the tunnel under the highway. If I were on the development team, my first thought would have been "Why don't we just build the shipping lot on the same side of the highway rather than pay someone to dig a tunnel?"You seem to only have negative and nay-saying comments on this forum lately. A complaint that Tesla is using Boring company tunnels to revolutionize modern travel? seriously?
Telsa only looks like a monopoly because literally no other company is stepping up to the plate and daring to do any of these things.
Sorry, I was probably being rude with my tone. I'm just not understanding the idea of them being a monopoly. Tesla has been the most open among any other automotive manufacturer in this world; even going as far as opening up their patent portfolio for any companies who want to form a collaborate effort into research and development. Or anything that helps them advance their stated sustainability goals.I'm very not negative. It just doesn't seem right that Elon uses one company to support the others. That's 3 tied into Tesla now. Not negative, just contemplative. I don't think anyone has ever told me I was negative before. Overy wordy, yes. But negative, no. I'll look back at my posts and take your criticism for action. I would never join or participate in an enthusiast's board to be negative. (At least not on purpose!)
That is probably right. Back when AT&T got in trouble for "being a monopoly", people didn't realize that being a monopoly isn't illegal. It's using a monopoly to create another that's the problem. In AT&T's case, it was because they only allowed AT&T long distance with their land line business.Sorry, I was probably being rude with my tone. People tend to use "monopoly" in a very negative stance where companies use exploits and at minimum legal gray areas to aggressively place profits before anything else.
Funny enough, the boring company will have more of an impact on the planet than Tesla's automotive division ever will lol. It's a sleeper company for sure. Making the road system in 3D is loooong overdue. That is probably right. Back when AT&T got in trouble for "being a monopoly", people didn't realize that being a monopoly isn't illegal. No, what I was talking about was how it seems Elon invents reasons to utilize his other businesses in Tesla. And I don't even mind that if there's efficiencies to be gained. The tunnel never made sense to me as it didn't really do much. There was already a road under the interstate. It just seemed like an attempt to garner attention for the Boring company.
But, I'm sure Grok is different. If it's available to me, I'll use it. I'm no technophobe. However, if it doesn't integrate with vehicle controls, it's no more effective than having Grok on your phone through Bluetooth in my opinion. It'll be nice, but it's not really a game changer.
I had the same issue, not every new drive but seems to occur at least once a day, here is what pops up when I request for service from the Tesla app, I guess its normalHey so new cybertruck. Everytime truck sleeps and i return fsd is no longer active only tacc. I have to go in menu and autopilot and turn fsd on. Is there a way to avoid this? Its annoying because if i forget and start driving then cant thrn fsd on without going into park
