I wish they would put a large RC Number, like "RC-01" or something like that so we know which Cybertrucks we're seeing where, and whether or not we're seeing the same Cybertruck again after noticing it at another location.

The gap between rear passenger door and vault is a little wide as if the door needs better alignment on this one, but if there were an RC Number and I'd have mentioned it before for that vehicle, then I possibly wouldn't need to mention it again.

I think this would also be helpful so that we could see which RC's have great fit and finish versus the ones we see issues in. That way we can know if we've seen one before, and we can also know if a CT is a newer RC or if any regression of certain problems is occurring in newer RCs.

Photo attached shows correct way for truck to carry a bike. But seriously, pretty much all the truck guys do use a tailgate pad for their bikes. I've been trying to understand how the tail lights will be useful with the pad in place. Also, it seems the taillights are minimal for anyone driving with tailgate down, with a sled, atv, dirtbike, etc, in the back.

Is there something preventing simply sliding the bike in the vault and closing the cover?

Nothing. Other then wanting to use the bed for other stuff while carrying the bike.

Many discussion on this (other threads) wondering if a whole bike will even fit in there and close the cover.

What the heck mount is that? I would have expected a 2" hitch receiver.
That doesn't even look like a 1-1/4" hitch receiver.

The receiver - which we've seen plenty of photos of and can tell it's the right size - is not visible here.

Sorry for the confusion. There is no double there is a 2" hitch on the CT.
I was wondering what that bike rack mount it. Seemed really really odd connection.

We've already seen that a bike does fit in the bed:

No, it was where it could lay down with the wheels and everything left in place
WHILE closing the cover (for security, areo, etc).
