I was rather surprised to get hit from behind by a driver in stop & go traffic... I wasn't even sure it happened.
It was three lanes, and they didn't get out, nor did I, but I was worried.
It turns out that I have very slight bumper damage, but now realizing shouldn't I have got a camera clip saved of the situation by the cybertruck automatically?
My cybertruck notifies me of all kinds of wierd things, but there was no alert regards to this and I just checked my dashcam viewer and nothing in there for two months.

Do I have to have my live sentry on all the time to expect dashcam clips?
Is the dashcam just the front anyways?

Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!

For a non serious event, like your love tap, yo my would need to “save clip” some have it setting on honk, I just push the dash cam button when I’d like to review something I have passed by. A serious event airbag deploy etc it should auto save but it doesn’t hurt to wait a minute and press the button too be sure.

I was bumped at a car wash at the exit by Lexus suv (first time forgot to brake then drive). I felt it. Thought it was bad but absolutely nothing. Not even scratch on bumper. That’s the exact moment I fell in love. I never fall in love after the first bump.

I got rear ended by a pick up truck three months ago. $6000 damage. Bumper, hitch supports and tailgate panel replaced. It did not record the incident. Our seatbelts did not lock up. I posted this three months ago and tried every suggested method, but there was no video of the incident.
